It is simply mesmerizing how even the instrumental and ambient parts create an atmosphere of unease, in part by cunning repetition of the droning elements like in the first track (which is representative of the whole album). Stephen M Bennett just stunning,had it a while before writing this,one person responsible for this noise,mixture of industrial,sludge & black metal,very bleak,cold & slightly uncomfortable,hit's like a lead weight against you're head though,one of the heaviest black metal releases of recent times.
